BC Government releases Finance Statutes Amendments Act
The B.C. government has just released Finance Statutes Amendment Act. Bill 6 will effect the following statutes:
- Financial Administration Act
- Financial Institutions Act
- Home Owner Grant Act
- Personal Property Security Act
- Securities Act
- Tobacco Tax Act
