CSO Fees for Criminal and Traffic Record Searches Now Eliminated
It’s time for a reminder about our earlier post giving notice of the removal of the $6.00 Provincial Court Services Online fee for viewing results from criminal and traffic record searches.
Effective August 31, the fee is removed. Further details about the fee removal is available in a PDF document on the Court Services Online website.
Upcoming TLABC Family Law and Criminal Programs
The Trial Lawyers Association of BC has announced continuing legal education programs coming up in September in Criminal Law and in Family Law. 
Both will provide Law Society of BC continuing professional development credits, at least 6 hours for Criminal Law and 5 hours for Family Law.
